CAITLIN SALAZAR

A graduate of Paul Mitchell The School, Caitlin learned many techniques of color, cut, and styles. Immediately after graduating in 2013, she began working as an associate at Ponce Studio.

Caitlin's goal is to make all of her clients feel more beautiful and cheerful when they leave her chair than they did when they sat down. It is important to Caitlin to listen carefully to the client to understand their needs so that together they can create an image that is not only flattering but also practical in their daily lives.

Caitlin believes that continuing education is vital in the beauty industry . Trends are constantly changing, and she wants to be able to give the best services possible. She has been trained in many L'Oreal Professional courses and has also been trained and certified in Brazilian Blowout treatments.
